Rough Ride

A lonely False Creek Ferry driver glides into rough water, past downtown Vancouver’s West End (with Stanley Park on the right), on his way to his next stop at the Maritime Museum on Kit’s Point. It is a cold day, and no one is waiting for the ferry, so it will be a lonely ride back into False Creek.
On sunny days there are two ferry companies and numerous ferries operating with full loads of passengers. It is a very popular service.
We chose the footpath….less chance oof motion sickness.
