Dawn Raiders

Up early to be in Portobello to row with the Dawn Raider before work . I was so pleased that I could row for most of the hour (apart from coxing the boat back) without aggravating my shoulder - it still isn't properly right, but now I know that I can row gently. It was bitterly cold and a wave soaked me up to my waist as we entered the boat and filled my gaiters with water, so I took a while to warm up afterwards but I really enjoyed it. This is the moment the sun popped over the clouds - before that, the sky was all pink with a strange row of grey clouds and we had beautiful views over Inchkeith (extra). 
The rest of the day was not as entertaining...
