star donated. The letterbox was full. Not with what I was expecting to find. A later email explained that the certificate I have been waiting on from my last exam has been delayed due to technical issues. Printer out of ink or broken from all the bum photos at the Christmas party? M suspects they were entirely overlooked. They don't answer phones or reply to emails or usually send them so I expect a lengthy wait.
