Tired

Charlotte woke at 4:30 am coughing.
I brought her into our room to try and get back to sleep but the rooks, jackdaws, crows and magpies were making such a racket this what not going to happen.
In the end I put her back into her bed and I just lay in our bed wishing they would all be quiet.
Around 6:30 we both re awoke.

Breakfast was a fail
Charlotte just didn't anything.
Back to bed she went and after playing with stripy horse and tombliboo oooo for ages she went to sleep, waking up just before we were due to head out.
Met Rachel for lunch. Had a mooch round some shops, had spot of lunch. Came home. Concluded tired girl needed an afternoon sleep.

Forty minutes later she was awake.
Ten minutes after this, daddy was home!

Lots of play, lots of grumps, lots of tears, but we are going to give nursery a go tomorrow and see what happens.
