How much footwear can two people need?

It's been a while since we did a big clean up so we got going today and cleaned up the whole house.
This was the most satisfying section because it collects a lot of dust and grit. We took everything out, swept and vacuumed the floor and mats and put nearly everything back. It's now a very different corner, compared to before the clean up.
