Living next to the troll!

"In Scandinavian folklore, trolls are sometimes associated with particular landmarks (sometimes said to have been formed by a troll having been exposed to sunlight)." Wikipedia
A house 5 minutes walk away from the community hall in Tavelsjö where we train Tai Chi.
When I find these giant rocks, carried around and eventually dumped by the glaciers of the last Ice-Age, it always make me think of trolls. Only the largest rocks are still left on agricultural land (or in the middle of towns) because the smaller ones are eventually broken up and moved by ambitious farmers or urban planners.
More prosaically this rock provides excellent shelter from the north wind! Even so, I'm not sure I'd have built my house that close to this landmark.
The extra shows the Tai Chi training in Tavelsjö Bygdegård. Some participants are studying Ulf's demonstration, while others are copying his moves directly. I'm taking a picture, and one other is out of the picture. Otherwise it's the full group. Ulf is showing us "Turn and kick with heel", near the end of the second section.
