Crystal Clear
Another warmish day, but windy and the lake has begun to unfreeze. A good 15 to 20 feet of clear water now along the shore. And the water is so clear. Beneath the choppy surface, the rocks are visible, glinting in the sunshine as the waves filter the light.
Elsewhere, a young bald eagle, trying to land on the ice, was being harassed by a couple of angry gulls. It made a few attempts before retreating to the safety of a tree on the far shore.
Extra: Harassed. Severely compromised image, for the record.
