Tree in a Field

What a surprise, I
give you a tree in a field!
At least there’s no dog!

Same palaver for uploading to blip today, searching for a smidgen of 4G signal. I’m kind of getting used to it! Checking in with family and emails periodically through the day, rather than every minute is also easier to manage than I thought :-)
Planning walks and outings has been a bit of a challenge but not insurmountable.
Ben and I made some raspberry muffins and we’ve had a couple of walks. One was misty and led to this photo.. and for the other one we went up to Armathwaite and walked to the station, there was a sign saying the signal box was open today so we thought we’d go and have a nosy! It was very sweet, bright yellow, well cared for and the man in charge had a lot to say. I stayed at the bottom of the stairs because of Leo but Mr KCNQ2Haiku and Ben went up. They were longer than I expected Ben’s concentration would last! I think they struggled to get away from the Signal Box Knowledge Stream! I asked Ben what he learned and he said, vaguely, “lots of things!” But he did tell me that in July it will be the signal box’s 125th birthday, well done Signal Box! Looking good for 125! Signal depending, I’ll try and upload an extra!
We also had a walk around Coomb’s wood. We all got quite wet and muddy, Leo needed a swill in the shower before he was allowed on the sofa!
