Running .....

..... with Eban.

I've had a day at home today ticking of a list of chores that needed doing ( always enjoyable to cross another one of the list ).

This evening I've been out for a run over the moor with Ali ( short for Alison ), Mr M and Eban ( the black lab ). The first mile and a half of the run was all uphill and steep, but it's worth it for the views you get from the top of the moor. As we were running back in to town there was a lot of talk about food so myself and Ali stopped off at the Co-Op, Ali bought a block of cheese and some mushrooms and I bought a malt loaf ( at least it wasn't chocolate ).

It was a very enjoyable run and the weather was lovely, all in all a very good day. I'm now off to sit down with a cuppa and some malt loaf ( with lashings of butter on it ) and watch the Imagine documentary about Vivian Maier on BBC1. So today's blip is .....
