Much better toasted

It was always going to be a busy day.
Hot Cross Buns, bacon, egg, for breakfast, before the realtor arrived to sign us up to sell our current house.
Very nice guy, knowledgable about the area  previous sales history, and what local market trends are currently.
Just like yesterday, the process took 2 hours. 
The only thing that remains is to get the house in show home condition. It's almost there before we started, but this last few hours of tidying, etc took care of most of the rest of the day.
Now we have to keep it this way.


Ah well...
