Not a regular day

We sat around and talked this morning about how the house we had thought of as"our target" now had 2 additional offers on it. 
So that was written off.
Turns out that the model house we were also interested in, had sold another 4 in the past week.  (The real estate agent was supposed to have called us if anything started to happen. But she didn't)

Another targeted house had been bought from the builder 18 months ago but the owners had never moved in for some reason or other.
A call to the listing agent for that house saw us signing an offer to purchase at 3.30 .and we received news that our offer was accepted at about 7pm.

The real estate agent will be round to see us tomorrow afternoon and get everything going from this end
Now it's a mad dash to get our house ready for photographs and video before Wednesday

Not regular, but successful.
