Mae llawer o waith i wneud o gwmpas Drala Jong. Un o'r prosiectau yw adeiladu storfa bren.  Mae llawer o foncyffion gyda ni a byddan nhw'n cael eu defnyddio i gynhesu'r tŷ - os gallwn eu sychu a'u torri.  Mae adeiladu storfa bren dim ond un o lawer o swyddi i'w gwneud. Dydyn ni ddim yn gallu gwneud popeth, felly mae rhaid i ni flaenoriaethu.

Felly mae enciliad yn cynnwys rhai o ddysgeidiaethau, rhai o fyfyrdod a rhai o waith (a rhai o fwyta hefyd).

There is a lot of work to be done around Drala Jong. One of the projects is to build a wood store. We have a lot of logs and they will be used to heat the house - if we can dry and cut them. Building a wood store is just one of many jobs to do. We can't do everything, so we have to prioritise.

So a retreat includes some teachings, some meditation and some work (and some eating too).
