Notes: Warm day, mostly cloudy. Hives/rash seemed to be better in the morning, online a bit. Then did the next activation meditation from the Lightwave program and around 11a-ish, went to sit in the fresh air at the pool and do some grounding in the grass and on the pavers. Shower and already underarms bright red again and rash heavy and more of it. Did an akashic session and rested a bit before making a pear/walnut arugula salad w/ some chicken bone broth and kale chips. Got a Valentine card in the mail to mom & dad and moved the car out to get rinsed off from later predicted rain. Pretty depressing day overall. Short-lived but a good downpour later in the evening. Pulled the car out to wash some of the grime off.
