Spring Sparkle

A most beautiful day filled with sunshine and blue sky.

Grateful:
- To walk with Andy and Merlin this morning and listen to a beautiful mistle thrush singing loudly from its perch at the top of a tree.
- To see these snow drops and primroses sprinkled in the grass of the church yard.
- To share two hours of mindfulness and meditation with fellow students this evening. Tonight our theme was ‘kindness to self’.
