Closing Down Sale

I woke up around 6.30am feeling awful. The joint stiffness and pain upon waking is one of the worst fibromyalgia symptoms I experience. I felt very dejected this morning but pushed myself up.

I had to do a food shop as the fridge was looking very bare so did that and feel better for being restocked. 

I popped into The Dumfries Larder this afternoon as they’re having a closing down sale. 

I will be very sad to see it go as I am very fond of the shop. It has been there six years and the staff are faultless, always so welcoming, friendly and give good advice.

Today’s Blip is of the bargains I got in the sale.

No Duolingo has been done today so will get back to it tomorrow, I hope.
