Lichen

I love the lichen on the trees in the park across the road from house - it is incredible to look at and surprisingly extensive. 

Today has seen my weekly yoga class -  the teachers weaves in qi-dong exercises which I find myself liking more and more. Today we imagining we were puppets on a string and whilst initially amusing (I couldn't get the Sandie Shaw song out my head to start) it soon become incredibly relaxing.

This afternoon I walked to Kinnaird (and back) to attend a committee meeting of one of the local groups I'm involved in which was followed by tea and chat. I managed to resist the ubiquitous biscuits. 

Zumba beckons.
