Eclectic
I really enjoyed my swim this morning - the weather was slightly warmer (or more accurately less cold) and there were glimmers of blue in the sku. Much nicer than the gray, damp days we had earlier in the week.
I took the picture of the noticeboard not far from my house on the my way back - it illustrates rather well the wide range of activities that are on offer (and one which will hopefully go ahead unlike those captured five years ago).
I spent an enjoyable afternoon showing two friends how to get started with Scotland's People and Ancestry. One has a challenging puzzle to solve which I hopefully have helped her get started with.
The extra shows the result of my crafting activies earlier in the week . I am happy with the card made using my new glue gun (and some of these buttons ). I am less happy with poor Peter. His face isn't quite right. I think I shall practice sketching him before having another go. It was fun practicing - a (to borrow a phrase from LauraM) - good learning piece.
