Musical interlude

Well today was going to be the turn of chipmunks or other wild beasties but first you have to find them! After a lazy morning we went for a drive out to Bridal Veil Falls and one of those pictures was promoted to most likely blip.

Then as we sat reading before our evening meal, Anne had a caterpillar crawling across her camera - a potential blip replacement was in the offing!

Then with the meal the chipmunks arrived so maybe they were back in 1st place... not to be as we went for a walk and I got some more potential blips with shots of the lake in the evening light.

On the way back though we came across some ladies playing native flutes, which were amazing. The sound was beautiful too, so this is a picture of one of them playing Amazing Grace.

As I write this Anne has just popped out to get a sunset shot as the sky is a fantastic colour again.

Great day of relaxing and enjoying the amazing grace and bounty and wonder of God's love for us.
