Back Blip - Lemon, Ginger and Tumeric Tea

Very brief back Blip, high pain and fatigue day, took it easy and paced myself to pick up a few things I needed at the supermarket.

No Duolingo so need to get back on it in on Friday.

Dreich, damp weather is not fibromyalgia’s friend.

I had two cups of the tea throughout the evening, very relaxing and tasted good, refreshing. 

They’re Good Earth brand and I discovered them in Morrisons some time ago, had never tried this variety.

Busy day on Friday so much pacing will be required :)
