Fibro Pacing, Fruit and Veg and a Fringe Trim

A very brief Blip as I am feeling shattered after a long but productive day.

Lower pain day thanks to a better sleep last night and a less damp, dreich day today :)

Earlier in the week, I ordered a fruit and veg box from Parry Farm Produce in town to be delivered this morning to split between myself and to gift the remainder to a very good friend of mine.

I’m absolutely delighted with it - beautiful, fresh produce. My friend was pleased with her gift.

I nipped into town to run a few errands and got my fringe trimmed for £2 as it was much in need of a tidy up and making me feel like a Shetland pony, especially with my specs!

Took some photos of some signs of springtime - snowdrops, daffodils and a tree or two. Lots of pacing today and enjoyed the fresh air.

I need to catch up with texts and messages from friends too. Resting up tonight.

The Last Leg is on tonight on Channel 4 so off to get the kettle on and make some some Lemon, Tumeric and Ginger tea.
