Blackthorn Blossom

Yet another sign of spring…the first blackthorn blossom has appeared on a small part of the hedgerow in the old lay-by near the village.

I also spotted some tiny celandine buds on the verge by the path…so a potential for a blip in the next few days…weather permitting!

It would appear that our canine guests will be staying an extra night…
