Notes: Awake around 4a and then finally back to sleep until after 7a. Rain forecast all day but didn't seem to be pouring so headed out for a run - lovely cool gray and drizzly, started raining harder at some point but went 40 min! Shower and did a dark load of laundry and then coffee and relaxed to shows. Later made eggs, turkey bacon and zucchini hash followed by 3 sm almond pancakes. Streamed some shows and just relished in relaxing to the gray and sounds of rain.
