Clamorous chick

I've spent a good part of the day trying to get a clear shot of Mama & Papa House Wren diligently feeding one after another juicy insect to the demanding trio in the gourd. They let me stand very close, but fussed at every chipmunk that scurried by underneath(looking for peanuts to fall out of my pockets) and every Blue Jay. Some of the bugs that were offered were enormous , but I know these two will keep this up until after 8 tonight, dawn to dusk, amazing. Such devotion.

It's been an amazing day here as well....Supreme Court rulings.
