Celebrity Chef

Well in Wales at least Gareth Richards is well know from his appearances on S4C and cookery demonstrations at his home near Lampeter. He came to our WI today and whipped up several dishes on the theme of A Taste of Wales. He is entertaining and an enthusiastic promoter of Welsh produce. Unfortunately I was on tea duty so didn’t get a chance to taste the delicious food but he went down a storm with all our members.
