Tuesday: Mung Beans …

… after 24 hours of soaking, are now ready to start growing. Spread out onto a damp cloth in a plastic container, then placed in a thick brown paper bag so as to grow in darkness.

MrD came home soaking wet from a clearing job he did this afternoon - all his clothes into the washing machine and hopefully to dry outdoors tomorrow, it was pouring rain all afternoon. This wasn’t the relaxing day that I needed … maybe tomorrow?
