Thoughts of Conrad

We went for a walk from Bishopbourne, Kent. The house on the left is Oswalds where Joseph Conrad lived for many years with his family. If you can see a depression in the ground it is the course of the Nailbourne which only flows very intermittently. It's usually dry but sometimes floods.
