Notes: Was supp to meet Carlene 9a for coffee down in S Pasadena but let her know last night I needed to cancel. Slept ok, awake early again and then back to sleep for a bit - up 7a-something. The hour btw 8a-9a seemed to last about 3 hrs for some reason, had coffee and online. Did the next activation in the Lightwave program. Around 11a, went to pool, sun was direct and warm, low wind, but skin still can't take much so there less than 30 min. Started feeling pretty weird, almost as if I'm on another planet that looks exactly like this one but I feel so removed and almost as I'm going thru w/ VR goggles or something?? Calm and peaceful tho, mostly quiet world. Did some things around the house and then read a little w/ door and windows open before showering. Meal was turkey burger w/ tomato, pickles and turkey bacon on sprouted bread, all drizzled w/ EVOO and then lots of my new Primal Kitchen ketchup. Arugula salad on the side w/ avo & boiled egg. Watched Janine & JC mid to late afternoon. Quiet night, shut all down and climbed in bed 1111p.
