Main activity: Wed - awake thru the night, around the house
Notes: Woke just before 1a and was up till almost 4a - got up and watched some videos, looked out at the thick sea fog of the quiet night. Still awake and up then around 730a. Went to the library around 9a for a label print - see this majestic bird around quite a bit and it was striking against the sky. Waited until about 11a and then to the pool for an hour. Made an egg w/ avocado and then a little later a big arugula salad. Pretty tired and rested a little before the final session of the Inner Child Healing class (4-6p) with Jo Gifford and our small group.
