A busy day at work where I finished off a bunch of projects. We've been having trouble with some new servers that rather than receiving data at 100GBit/s receive them at around 100MBit/s. A throwback to the 90ies. All machines in the new chassis are affected. Our vendor is extremely good and is replacing the cards with cards from a different vendor. The really puzzling bit is that the new machines that we just received are working just fine. Other than being 1U rather than 2U high, the innards are the same. Ah well, it's a puzzle we won't need to solve.
