SNOW MOON

This month’s full MOON doesn’t reach
maximum illumination until Friday night,
but tonight the SNOW MOON was very bright. Because February is typically
very cold & snowy in North America, the
full moon earned this name.

The sky is also full of stars!
After many cloudy nights, the sky is clear
& there are stars in every direction.
