Lift Off

Yet another busy , busy day, cutting the grass in the morning then home very late from visiting friends inTarbert , Loch Fyne.

A beautiful evening with lovely subdued light on the loch. I was lucky to spot this heron and have it in my sight as it was fishing by the edge of the loch. As I seem to often say, I think Large might be worth a look.

I did get quite a nice blip of it standing on the seaweed and for once I kept the lens focussed on the bird as it stood watching for its catch. So I wasable to get a few decent blips as it rose into the sky. This is my favourite so far but I do have a lot to look through, hopefully I will have a few keepers there.
