Silly Saturday ...

... Song Sparrow. 

Before heading out for a lovely walk at Plainfield Rail Trial I sat in the backyard enjoying the sunshine and photographing the birds and squirrels.

We are lucky enough to get a lot of species of birds come to our feeders ... including song sparrows such as this one.  Such happy little birds they are, too.  Please view full screen.

Our walk on the rail trail was nice but a short one as it was a tad windy.  But along the way I spotted the silly chipmunk seen in Extras.  He/she was always one (or twenty!) steps ahead of us ... and moving very quickly.  I'm surprised I got even one shot of him/her!
