Raindrops keep fallin' . . .

One of the 40+ year old roses in my front garden. Surviving despite chronic neglect from a brown thumbed gardener and the depredations of the English weather.
Must say something about the power of plants; after all they were here long before any of us animals and will probably be here after we are all long gone.
Bar room philosophy brought on miserable weather and carving withdrawal symptoms due to sore thumb!!
