I don't know how many blippers saw the documentary about Vivian Maier a couple of nights ago, but I recommend it if you haven't (it'll still be on the iPlayer in the UK). What a fascinating woman. I certainly identified with her in some ways - her long, dedicated photowalks, surreptitious street photos. I wish I had her talent though, and her courage. I love her self portraits too.
