An afternoon in the greenhouse, it's time to get started. It may be a week or so too early, but I could be very busy at that time.

A few phone calls and aches have left me feeling very much older than I am, or is the reality of my advancing years catching up with me? It was suggested that I don't worry about things I can't control, the circle of influence as Mr Focker is told. But I can't help feeling peaved.

However, if my decay looks as utterly beautiful as this decay, I can allow it. Let's hope it does.
