Star, It's a veldter

Felt dreadful all day! Sort of sinus/ hay fever/ allergy/ blurgh! Been like this for a week or so now. Suppose some of it is reaction to Bardy going but some of it s because I've been eating the wrong things. I'm sensitive to wheat and to lactose. Wheat makes me wheezy and breathless and lactose makes my nose and sinuses fill up. the only trouble of course, is that everything edibly pleasurable - well a lot of them anyway - contain one of the other or both :(

This beautiful star of the veldt sits outside out front door at the moment and this is the first flower of the year and it is a beauty of a colour.
