Misshapen pancakes

Our nephew wasn’t too great this morning so was allowed to stay home from school. By the time ted enjoyed some scrambled eggs for a late breakfast, he’d recovered sufficiently to join us on a quick trip to the outlet mall. Much too high end for us but interesting to take a walk around.

After a fast food lunch we popped to a sports shop as Tommy is heading off on a school ski trip on Monday so we priced up equipment. Spotted a lovely rainbow on the way back to the house.

Peter made a very tasty chicken tikka masala with homemade naan bread for dinner and we enjoyed the leftover batter from yesterday turned into a cross between a scotch pancake and a crepe for pudding. I added extra flour and an egg with a touch of sugar and they seemed to be ok. Quite nice with some chocolate spread and banana and strawberries.
