Emergency blip again

Last night I was shattered and must have gone straight to sleep. I woke up too early but dozed off for a little before getting up not all that long before the alarm went off. 
Went for my cardiology appointment and it's not till next Saturday! Doh. I had it in my head it was this Saturday and was so focussed on the time that although I checked that more than once, I didn't check the date. It didn't help that I'd popped it on the calendar for today!
I went swiftly on to Tesco and did our weekly shop. It rained. I got wet. This is normal for every day now. Re the blip - we love spring cabbage.
