An Example to Follow

We had a coffee and shared a homemade pastel de nata in Claudia's café at the market. 
Chatted to Claudia and the other customers.
This gentleman sat the whole time, just looking out of the window.
Which was framed in oranges on the tree outside.
Loved his stillness and unbusyness.
Just sitting and watching and listening.
Just being.

Gratefuls:
- more good rain
- made more marmalade, with cinnamon sticks and brown sugar
- our family all together at No.8 in Sutton; them sending photos and a video and FTing us, so we could be a part of it
