Ukrainian ballet

Another busy day.

We spent the morning putting up curtain poles and speaker shelves in the lounge.  Curtains still need ironing and hanging, and we can't use the speakers yet as they're not wired up to anything, but it's all progress.

Then in the evening, we went to see Sleeping Beauty at Wexford Opera House.  I booked this back in December, and forgot to put it on the calendar.  Fortunately the Opera House Box Office sent me an email reminding me about it a couple of days ago!

Tchaikovsky's well known music was canned, and at times intrusively loud, but the dancing was lovely.  We gave them a standing ovation at the end, and of course remained standing as they played and sang the Ukrainian National anthem.
