I'm scared mom

This morning we had a few claps of thunder which terrified Pumpkin. She hid under a cushion, eventually coming out to lie on her bed. Only a short spell of rain followed, but it was welcome.
Church this morning where I was on coffee duty, and back home I hosed the courtyard and driveway which were still covered in ash despite the gentle rain. 
A quiet afternoon, reading , video chat with Penni, and that's my Sunday!
