Rhubarb and Ricotta Bread and Butter Pudding
Some of the rhubarb needed eating so I decided to cook the above.
Everything I used came from the garden, with the exception of the golden caster sugar, whole milk ,double cream, vanilla extract ,bread, butter, ricotta, icing sugar, a lemon and an orange.
I had planned to blip the completed dish but when it come out of the oven it was not very photogenic
Unfortunately it tasted as good as it looked.
