177 of 365 - Looking after the Family!

Welcome to day 177 of 365 (Finished image after Editing)

The original photo was taken in the Cryfield Grange area of Kenilworth. The image is of a lovely family of Swans just getting into the lake near to Cryfield Grange Farm, which is part of the University of Warwick. It seems that one of the adult Swans was guarding the lakeside until all the family of Swans were safely away into the lake.

As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken using the newly updated camera App 645 PRO Mk II for iPhone. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image.

First of all I used the app ShockMyPic to make the image a little more painterly. I then used the app Mextures to apply some lighting and textures to the image. The preset that I applied was called Red + Blue by Jordy Van Solm. Finally I used PhotoToaster to crop the picture into a square and add the Shadow II frame.
