Unexpectedly cool little hidden gorge. Day 2 of the faffiest Hill Skills ever. Lots learned for all of us, hopefully it will be a catalyst for some positive improvements. And a good eye opener for me as I plan staff training. 
Huge huge credit to J who we knew would find it hard, but showed real determination and resilience and was justifiably incredibly proud. And tired!
