Setts?

One for the paving geeks - I know the road surface on the right is made of setts, but what do you call the construction of the pavement on the left? It surrounds one of the New Town gardens - Moray Place or similar.

Walked back from yoga to Broughton St - haven't been this way for ages and just as I was approaching the Starbar I bumped into hazelh and Mr hh. Last time was when I passed along their street looking for military archives. We spoke of ancestors and Acharacle. 

Went to Crombies to buy sausages - it's a shadow of its former self, lurking in the back of the newly styled 'Broughton Market'. There was an announcement on their counter.....see extra.
