Not a "Bench Day"'

The wind has blown strongly all day. Thankfully I didn't play golf - I heard that many ladies pulled out. The common where I took this photo was deserted! Note Submarine Rock in front of the bench - it really does look like a submarine rising.
It's been a busy morning with various appointments. In between appointments we had time for going to a restaurant where hubby enjoyed a pizza and I had delicious chicken curry.
Hopefully the wind will die down this evening -it's blown any chances of rain away.
