Simple is as simple does

We were quite distracted over the dinner hour between one thing and another, so I was quite pleased when the boss said "let's just have that sandwich you did the other day"
"Yes dear, of course dear," was my immediate resposnse.
So a tuna melt it was.

In other news, I think the weather gods must have heard my bitching about the weather recently 'cos today was bright and sunny.
