Gave the cats their evening food at 11 am. Probably my imagination but they seemed a little confused! Drove down to Olney to see my financial advisor. She didn't recommend any changes, so we did the usual review and chatted. She does like a good chat! Was intending to have a browse in Olney afterwards but the meeting overran and so I drove straight to MK to meet DF for a late lunch in the gallery cafe. PB and DB saw us snd stayed for coffee - nice to catch up with them. Had a browse in John Lewis - saw a couple of nice summer dresses but couldn’t be bothered to try them on. Went to Ikea to buy orchids and a few other things and then to Aldi for wine (left a bottle chilling in the fridge) . Got to Fs just before 7. Everyone was there and it was lovely to see them again. Completely forgot about blip until right at the end- not very complimentary but needs must! Journey home took 1 hour and 40 minutes- good time as there were lots of lane closures on the M1. In bed by 11.45 but couldn’t get to sleep for ages!
