On the Beach

At Burnham-on-Sea: this old "lighthouse on legs" is a well known local landmark.

I was up in Somerset to buy a lens (Fuji XF 23 ƒ2) from a chap who had advertised on FB Marketplace.  It's a very pleasurable way to exchange cash and photo kit and this chap was a retired professional so we had a lot to chat about, including The New Topography, which is one of his things. The car park on the M5 Services at Bridgwater was an interesting subject for him along those lines (Extra) and I left him wandering up and down the lower car park photographing the upper.

And it seems that I've reached 2,000 entries; long may this incentive to take photos last.
