Paddy

Met Mr B, after his tennis, at the Nici. Sat on the sunny outdoor terrace and had a 'Mocktail' - Blood Orange Blush. Nice alternative to Aspall cider. Some excitement as a well known actress was there.

Bus to Seoul Plaza in Winton for tofu to try a new recipe for rösti. . Got lucky, they had an offer of 2 x 300gm tofu for £1! (50p each), as use by date 15/3/24.

On way to bus passed Paddy (blipped). 9 months old, but still very puppy like. Has to be the one of the handsomest doggies I've seen. So so friendly and huggable. Would never have guessed he was a 'party' Ljasa Apso. With luck we'll bump into him again

Back home found 3 packages, one contained a back rest featured by 'Keeping it Simple' (of Australia). Found the identical one one Amazon for £3.99. Bargain. Trying it out now.

Made the vegan rösti. Better than expected. Another dish to add to my favourites. Served with pickled vegetables. D
